IT was a Fathers Day that a father of two will never forget – his wife of five years was caught for khalwat with a 21-year-old youth.

The man caught his wife clad only in a towel with her lover in a hotel room in Port Dickson (PD).

The husband had suspected his wife was having an affair with the younger man six months ago even though she claimed he was her “adik angkat (godbrother)”, and that she and the civil servant were involved in direct selling.

In an interview with Kosmo! the husband, who works as a mechanic in Kuala Lumpur, decided to trail his wife who told him that she would be attending a two-day course in Port Dickson.

“My heart told me that she was not telling the truth so I decided to follow her to PD and saw the man picking up my wife in a car. I trailed them to a hotel where they checked into a room.

“I have not decided whether to continue with my marriage. I want to seek advice from our family first,” he said.

The newspaper also reported that an 11-year-old boy was instantly killed when an iron rod fell from a lorry and hit him on the head while he was travelling in a car with his uncle.

Muhammad Taufiq Asyraf sustained serious head injuries in the incident which occured along Jalan Kangar-Alor Star at 2.30pm on Sunday.

The victim’s father Zamunir Safari Putih said the rod penetrated the car’s windscreen and hit Taufiq, who was sitting in the backseat of the car.

Harian Metro reported that a single mother was repeatedly bashed with a helmet by a teenager who was angry over the woman’s liaison with his father.

The 19-year-old boy went to the woman’s house in Kampung Ayer Lanas in Jeli, Kelantan, at 8.30pm on Saturday and attacked her in front of her three children.

The man fled when the woman’s screams got louder.

According to sources, the boy’s mother had told him of her husband’s love affair with the 34-year-old divorcee and he decided to “teach the woman a lesson” for hurting his mother’s feelings.
